Allow space for change

Are you still revved up and rocking your New Year’s resolutions or is this more of a “Resolutions, what resolutions?” kind of Monday? You might even be an “anti-resolution-ist,” but that doesn’t mean you should stop reading this.

The recipe for long-lasting change — from massive moves to minor shifts — requires planning, resolve, optimism and combined with an often overlooked ingredient — space. Without it, our efforts may feel so rigid that even a minor misstep can seem like utter failure.

I believe resolutions are meant to be lived, not kept, and space allows us to integrate new ways of being into our lives for the long-haul.

So infuse some ease into your efforts and rock on.  You’ve got this!
